These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lifestyle Club website and the services offered through it. By accessing or using this website, or by applying for membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with any other policies published on this website, including the Delivery Policy.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security, or the experience of other users.
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
- Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content.
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the website.
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission from Lifestyle Club.
Lifestyle Club reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to users who violate these Terms & Conditions.
3. Membership Applications
Submitting a membership application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed by Lifestyle Club, and we reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion. Membership becomes active only after the application has been approved and the applicable membership fee has been successfully received and verified.
4. Payments
Lifestyle Club accepts membership fee payments via PayFast, as well as Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using the banking details provided during the membership application process, where applicable. At this stage, payments are accepted only for Lifestyle Club membership fees. Event tickets are not sold through this website, and the online shop is currently under development. No payments are accepted for merchandise or any other products through this website at this time.
5. Delivery of Membership Packages
Approved members will receive an official Lifestyle Club Membership Card and Membership Sticker. The preparation, dispatch, and delivery of membership packages are governed by the Delivery Policy available on this website.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, text, graphics, images, videos, designs, and other materials, remains the property of Lifestyle Club unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from Lifestyle Club.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lifestyle Club makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Lifestyle Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or its services.
8. Amendments
Lifestyle Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the services offered by Lifestyle Club shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
